E' la 4° volta che vado in questo hotel, tra poco mi conferiranno la cittadinanza onoraria!! ci tornerei, infatto mi sto gia' organizzando per ottobre 2010. Ci torno perche l'hotel è pulito, il peersonale cortese, il cibo buno e abbondante.Saluto tutto il personale Osmani ,Ruben,Tati, Jon, tutti

I stayed at Hotel Canimao last year.I enjoyed my stay there.It was worth the money and you do get value for money.I paid 15 CUC and I got a double occupancy room together with breakfast every morning.From the restaurant there is a lovely view of the Canimao river I believe it's called.The hotel grounds is environmentally friendly...clean ...the greenery.I would go back there anytime.As a matter of fact I recommend it to anyone who would want a low cost hotel yet comfortable.

We was at Arenas Blancas from July 19th to July 24th. my kids enjoyed their time very much at the sandy beach. the pool is huge and clean. food is ok. clean. but they will close the lobby bar at nights. but pool bar is open 24 hours. some staffs are very friendly but most of them having a communiction problem. this is the second time for us to be at cuba. last year we was at cayo co co. very friendly people. almost every one of them there was friendly. we was little disappointed about that.

We stayed three nights at Cayo Levisa, and it is a very nice place. It`s beatiful, and very relaxing. You can not expekt any help from the lady in the resepcion. The service from this lady was not good. I dont think she like her job at all. The other staff was very serviceminded.
Enjoy Cayo Levisa, it`s very nice!!!

Las habitaciones estandar del Hotel dejan bastante que desear en relación a otros de la misma categoría aunque no en limpieza y atención del personal. Ésto es de lo mejor que hay en La Habana. Los exteriores y la situación del hotel son incomparables y ninguno otro de la ciudad puede competir con éste. Yo pasé mis vacaciones en este Hotel en el año 2008, el 2009 preferí pasarlas en el Habana Libre y la experiencia fue muy desagradable, incluso me robaron ropa, cinturones y calzado. Me pasé unos doce días de mis vacaciones, dos veces al día, hablando con la señorita de Atención al cliente pero no me hicieron ni caso. Por el contrario, en el Hotel Nacional todo fueron atenciones y un trato estupendo de todo el personal tanto con los huéspedes como con las amistades cubanas que entraban con nosotros. La piscina estupenda y los helados que sirven en su Bar, riquísimos. Sin embargo, el interior necesita una buena reforma para adaptarlo a este siglo.

me parece facinante el cayo todo en general pero especificamente el colectivo de trabajadores todos clase a muy especiales las camareras y muy atentas asi como el personal de restaurante conoci a varios de ellos como son el pupi jeovides enrrique avilio miguel louerdes en fin para todos mis saludos y decirles a todos que sigan asi muchachos ponen en alto el nombre de nuestra patria y verdaderamente nos dan mucho prestigio internacional saludos a todos chaooo

My husband & I stayed at the Blau Varadero hotel for two weeks commencing June 4th 2010.
This was an excellent holiday, the staff were wonderful the hotel impressive, the food choice excellent, in fact this was one of our best holidays yet.
Hope to go back to this hotel again next year.

ich habe in Playa Giron meinen schönsten Urlaub verlebt. Ok einiges passte nicht wie z. Bsp. manche kleinen Bungalows. Ihr müßt Euch vorstellen, viele kleine Bungalows an der Stelle, an der '69 die Scheiß Exilkubaner eingefallen sind. Der letzte Hurrican hat zwar vieles zerstört, aber das was noch da... ist, ist wunderschön. Die Hotelangestellten sind furchtbar nett, auch zu behinderten Menschen, es gibt eine Tauchstation mit erfahrenen!!! Tauchern vor Ort, die jedem die Schönheiten der Karibik unter Wasser zeigen.
Alles in allem: Playa Giron immer wieder!!!

My husband and I with our 10 year old daughter visited Holguin for one week in February 2010. This was our first visit to Cuba, we were expecting great beaches, we got them, friendly people, we got that, great food we were not expecting...and we got really good food. Our daughter is exceptionally picky, she was able to find more than enough to eat every day. The animators were fantastic too - the evening shows were fun and entertaining. Let me say something about the beach - WOW. We were able to snorkel right off the resort - we saw all kinds of fish, it was incredible. I even saw flying fish one morning right at the shoreline. I saw a man-o-war jelly, and flying fish. We never waited long for a Hobie Cat ride or kayak. The staff at this resort were not only friendly - but they were pleasant at all times. The bar was well stocked - we didn't experience any issues with weak drinks - they were plentiful and the service was as quick as possible. We also felt very safe at this resort. We went on the catamaran to the dolphinarium - recommended - but know that one can visit the dolphins without signing up for a full day excursion - but you would lose out on the snorkeling on the open reef - Bring your own equipment if you have it. I can't say enough about the excellent service at this resort - really. The room we had was comfortable - we had three double beds - which was perfect for us. And the fridge was stocked every day with several cans of pop, and beer, and a litre or two of water. No complaints from me. We met people from Canada that we are staying in contact with, and all plan to return to this beautiful destination, I hope you do too!
